How we handle information when you visit our website or contact our studio.

APPFUSION STUDIO LIMITED is a Zambian software development company, design studio and agency, registered under number 120241000685 and based in Lusaka. Contact us at info@appsetstudio.com. This notice covers this website, demo requests and project enquiries. Product-specific processing by Transcribe, PriceTrkr and Airtime / Ad Tracker requires a separate notice for the relevant service; this website notice does not describe all data handled within those apps.

When you email us or request a demo, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you send. The project questionnaire lets you enter a project name, category, intended launch window and summary. Selecting a proposal file keeps the file in your browser for the enquiry; the current website does not upload its contents automatically. You must attach it yourself when sending the prepared email.

If you choose “Shape this brief”, the project name, category, launch window and summary are sent to our brief-shaping endpoint. When configured, it uses Microsoft Azure OpenAI to generate a revised summary. Proposal file contents are not sent to that AI endpoint. Avoid including sensitive personal information or information you do not have permission to disclose. Review generated text before sending your enquiry. You can contact us without using this feature.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser information and access or error logs to deliver and protect the website. The brief-shaping endpoint also uses request counts to limit abuse. The current website code does not set advertising cookies or include an analytics tracker. Browser and infrastructure behaviour may differ from the separate product websites.

We use enquiry information to respond, arrange demos, assess project requirements and discuss proposals or services you request. Technical information supports website operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Where consent is required, we will seek it; requesting a demo does not by itself sign you up for marketing emails.

Website hosting, email delivery and the optional Microsoft Azure OpenAI integration involve service providers. They may process information outside Zambia depending on the service configuration. Contact us before sharing information that requires a particular storage location or special handling. We may also disclose information where required by law or to establish or defend legal rights.

We keep enquiry information for the time needed to handle the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations. Retention varies by record and provider; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion period. Contact us to request deletion or ask about a particular record. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website or email service can guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us about information we hold about you, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise an objection or withdraw consent where applicable.
